The Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) Manager is responsible to develop and maintain the key SIOP business metrics for the site. Lead and establish standards for a robust SIOP process including forecasting, scheduling, capacity analysis and inventory management. This position is responsible to create and implement standards and an accelerated capability building system with emphasis on significantly maturing the SIOP process.
